Sustainability

We pursue the vision that the use of our products reduces friction and wear, thereby reducing abrasion, emissions and pollution for the economy, people and the environment. Our internal environmental and energy management helps to ensure that we generate as few emissions as possible within our company and reduce the consumption of non-renewable energy. Our most important sustainability goals are - the reduction of emissions - reducing the consumption of non-renewable energy - optimizing the use of important natural resources - replacing products that are difficult to break down with more environmentally friendly products - occupational health and safety - social commitment.

We always strive to develop products that ...

... are environmentally friendly and resource-saving, as only the smallest quantities of precision lubricants and epilams are used.

.... support energy savings, as friction losses are minimized.

... are economical and customer-friendly, as they support a longer product life cycle.

... require less maintenance, as the components are lubricated for life.

... increase the quality of the components, as noise is dampened and smooth running is made possible.

... help to reduce emissions, as the lubricated assemblies have a lower energy consumption.

... increase operational safety and prevent long-term damage to components.

Photovoltaic system in operation since March 10, 2023.

We also attach great importance to sustainability when it comes to energy and resource consumption. The photovoltaic system that we have installed on the roofs of our company building produces more electricity than our company consumes over the course of a year.

With the help of battery storage systems, we can also largely cover consumption overnight and can also feed surplus electricity into the public grid.

Our employees and guests can charge their e-cars and e-bikes with "green electricity".

New air heat pump heating installed since September 2024.

A major step has been taken in the area of energy and resource consumption.

The oil heating system was replaced by a modern air heat pump heating system, which has been in operation since September 9, 2024.

In combination with the existing photovoltaic system and the battery storage units, the entire company building is now supplied with energy in a resource-saving and cost-optimized manner.

Fully electric VW ID7 Tourer - new pool vehicle

We have had a fully electric VW ID7 Tourer in our fleet as a pool vehicle since July 28, 2025.

This means that all business trips can be carried out in a climate-friendly manner. The ID7 is charged with "green" electricity produced by our own photovoltaic system on the roofs of the company building.
