Splash lubrication is a proven method for the uniform wetting of complex components. Our process guarantees reproducible results with a minimum amount of lubricant. Preparation begins with the analysis of your components: Geometry, material and function determine the optimum process parameters. We develop special fixtures that hold the component securely in place and at the same time enable complete wetting. Cleaning takes place in our multi-stage systems - from degreasing and ultrasonic baths to final cleaning. The immersion parameters are set precisely: Immersion speed, dwell time and extraction speed determine the amount of lubricant. Our temperature-controlled immersion baths keep the viscosity constant. Controlled draining takes place after immersion - excess lubricant is recovered. The documentation includes all process parameters, batch information and quality checks. From prototypes to large series - we scale flexibly according to your needs.

Precision is everything when it comes to partial lubrication - if only defined areas are to be lubricated, our expertise comes into play. Modern dosing systems enable the precise application of the smallest quantities of lubricant. From 0.001 ml upwards, we dispense with an accuracy of ±5%. The technologies range from contact dispensing to jet dispensing and spray application. We select the optimum process for each task. Depending on the quantity, positioning is manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic. Image processing systems detect component position and orientation.

Quality is no coincidence - it is the result of systematic processes. Our quality assurance begins with incoming goods: components are checked for cleanliness and integrity. Lubricants undergo incoming inspections. Process monitoring is continuous: temperatures, times and quantities are recorded. Depending on the agreement, we test random samples or 100%. Test reports document all results. The documentation is complete: from order acceptance through every process step to delivery. Batch traceability is guaranteed. Lubricants used are documented with batch and certificate of analysis.
